What services are provided through the Workforce Fund?

Immediate needs disaster relief

Is there a work requirement to apply to the Workforce Fund?

Yes, we require that applicants live and work at least 20 hours at a bonafide business in our service area. Our focus is to keep our workforce from slipping into homelessness through no fault of their own.

Where does our money come from?

While the Russian River Alliance supports several causes such as the Workforce Fund, the majority of our funds are by small dollar and private donations, as well as community fund raisers such as Give Back Tuesday, and the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence Bingo.

How is my donation spent?

We have very little overhead. We are volunteers working from our own homes supporting our community. We have no paid staff, no rent, and no office expenses. Nearly 100% of our donations reach those we are helping.
